The first week of september we were on holiday in Torremolinos Spain, so we’re a tad later than usual with our monthly update.  😊

Currently at number 10 so again no great leap forward, but still one spot up the ladder. Slow but steadily we are reaching for number 1.

Coincidentally that is the spot a befriended gay couple is on at this moment and for now we look forward for them to be able to hold their baby in their arms! Exciting times 🤗🤗🤗

Pixie

A week before leaving for Spain we were able to pick up our second puppy Pixie. She’s still very small, but she’s doing great and has a very feisty personality. We already adore her and so does Lady. Since we’ve returned they have been inseparable.

Spain becomes a Red Zone (COVID-19)

While we were on holiday, the Belgian government decided to put Spain on the COVID-19 Redzone-list which means we were obliged to perform a covid-test and stay in quarantaine for 14 days.

Although it’s been a struggle getting to the correct facility, we got tested and we both turned out negative. Because we will probably be working from home till the end of the year, we are still able to do our jobs. So no worries! 😁

As for the quarantaine, our freezer is filled with home made food and when necessary we’ve got friends and family helping us out, shopping for our groceries and other necessities.

Torremolinos

Our holiday has been a week of sun while Belgium was having rain and we enjoyed every minute of it. People were worried about corona, but I can assure you that it was safer over there than it is in Belgium.

The plane had 13 passengers, so no problem maintaining the social distance, restaurants and beaches were nearly empty and still everybody was wearing their face mask everywhere.

We visited some great restaurants and spent most of our time getting the necessary vitamine D for the coming winter. ☀️☀️☀️

A special thank you to the crew of IBIZA Style Bar Restaurant! They cook all of their food on Kamado BBQ’s which makes sure everything is super moist and tender. We loved spending two evenings at their restaurant enjoying the ambiance, the great food and especially the loving hospitality! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
